School apologises for strapping kids to chair
𝐀 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.
Mr and Mrs Montague, the parents of the two children said: “𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘴.”
The court have attested this to be multiple failings towards the health and safety of the schools students and an official apology has been issued.
