FAQs about plan management #2

🧐: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫?

🤓: It is the duty of the plan manager to arrange payment quickly.

The NDIA requires the plan administrator to process the invoice and submit a claim to the NDIA within five business days of receipt.

If nothing is out of the ordinary, upon receipt of payment from the NDIS, the NDIA expects the payment or reimbursement to be sent within two business days.

So, in total, NDIS allows 7 business days for payment but HiCom Care does it in only 2-3 days, much less than the standard 😉

👩‍💼HiCom Care commits to a 2-3 business-day process:

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭: Review_ 24 hours are provided to the participant to review and have a look at the invoice before we process (should they have any issues you are welcome to contact us at any point - we are happy to help)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮: Claiming_ as soon as the invoice has been confirmed by you, we will send requesting funding to NDIS
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯: Paid_ time taken for NDIS to release funds and for banking companies to complete the transfer
