🤓: When a plan manager has identified overspending or underspending, the plan manager should advise you as soon as possible, regardless of reporting frequency

The plan manager should only send this information directly to participants.
It is then up to the participant to decide whether the contact provider, support coordination provider, or partner in the community, to discuss current service delivery arrangements and make any required amendments.

😊 At HiCom Care, we take this very seriously as running out of funds can put you in really sticky situations! Our team has put our heads together to provide a few ways to support you in making sure you're always on track with your funding:

💚 Monthly Spending Reports - so you know how much of your funding is going and in what category
💜 Participant APP - keep track of your funding and invoices live as we process them
💚 Support Coordinator Tool - support your SC to help you keep track of your spending
💜 Funding Depletion Warning - give you a shout when you start getting low in funding categories

We take pride in doing our very best to be active and supportive plan managers, so please, don't be a stranger, say hi and ask questions!
