Melbourne Cup Public Holiday
On the first Tuesday of November, the Melbourne Cup started, and our team at HiCom Care will take a day off for the holiday.
In harmony with the public holiday in Victoria, HiCom Care would like to announce that the office will be temporarily closed today, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.
We ask that you please be patient with us while we are away, and we will do our very best to respond to your inquiries with priority on 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.
Invoices sent on 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝟮𝟴-𝟮𝟵-𝟯𝟬/𝟭𝟬/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮) will be processed on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝟯𝟭/𝟭𝟬/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮) and claimed on 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝟬𝟮/𝟭𝟭/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮).
Invoices sent on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝟯𝟭/𝟭𝟬 - 𝟭/𝟭𝟭/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮) will be processed on 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝟬𝟮/𝟭𝟭/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮) and claimed on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝟬𝟯/𝟭𝟭/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮).
Invoices sent from 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝟮/𝟭𝟭/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮) will be processed and claimed as usual.
