Working as an NDIS Provider

The NDIA would like to invite all new NDIS providers to attend an information session on Working as an NDIS provider.

This session will benefit new providers that have commenced delivering supports to NDIS participants.

This session will cover:

  • a brief overview of the NDIS and support budgets
  • The Price Guide and pricing
  • Working with participants
  • Using the myPlace provider portal
  • Service agreements and service bookings
  •  Payment request and enquiries
  • An opportunity for attendees to ask questions

This session is offered over multiple dates to allow flexibility for attendees.

Each session will cover the same content. Please only register for the date you wish to attend.

Sessions will be delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams. Registrations will close three business days prior to the session date.

Two business days prior to the session, login details (including the MS Teams link) will be sent via email from [email protected] to the email address you provide at registration (this email may filter to your junk mail).

Please note we encourage individual registrations for all sessions to ensure each registrant receives these details.

If you have any accessibility, interpreter, live captioning, or other requirements please advise when registering. Please note, a minimum of five business days' notice is required to book interpreters and live captioning services.
