✅ 𝐀𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐒 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧:

👉 admin fee to schedule immunization appointments including discussing with NDIS participants about getting vaccinated.

👉 transport fee – arrange safe transportation to the vaccine site under COVID safe conditions.

👉 fee for arranging appropriate staff to accompany participants to appointments, including staying with them to monitor their condition post-vaccination.


✅ 𝐓𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬:

👉 0115 Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement

👉 0125 Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities.


✅ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦:

👉 If the participant is managed by NDIA: the Coordinator submits the invoice via the myplace provider portal.

👉 If the participant is self-managed or managed by a plan manager: submit an invoice by emailing [email protected]


✅ 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:

Invoices must be sent within 28 days of the last immunization appointment and include:

👉 Participant's name, NDIS number and date of birth

👉 a value of up to $150 and detailed information on the requirements and the number of participants

👉 Statement confirming support for COVID-19 vaccinations has been provided to participants - " 'I confirm this claim for payment is correct and NDIS participants included have completed their series of COVID-19 vaccinations including all required doses'

👉 ABN, legal name and bank account details.

The bank account must be a business account. Personal bank accounts will not be accepted. Invoices without a valid ABN will not be processed.
